The hotel was fairly clean and gorgeous. The pool area was nice and the location was fantastic, very close to Puerto centre, and beach and the city center. And it was just a short stroll away from Cafeteria Berlin, ate there couple of times.

I took an impressive room with bathtubs, very light weights and great view. The location was marvellous and brilliant for traveling around Puerto de la Cruz, just off lovely, and the sea front. It also was close to everything.

Located in the lovely zone, it was a brilliant base for rest. The room was brilliant and gorgeous with a nice bathroom. The breakfasts were great and the service was excellent. Warm dishes were served at the a la carte restaurant.

The units were good-sized with an extra folding bed. The location is very central, short walk to the center, green Puerto de la Cruz and the ocean and the town. Plus, Lake Martianez Leisure Park is easily reachable.

Great and excellent place, it has fantastic staff at the reception desk. Our hotel is set in a very central location close to centre of Puerto de la Cruz, and commercial center. Plus, it's only 1 km from Plaza Charco.

Staff was very good and hotel is clean and FANTASTIC! It was a joy spending time in the reasonably spacious and impressive room with the shower, a view of the mountain and the bedroom. This accommodation was in the very central location to better entertainment along the front.
Well, Wi-Fi was rather slow.

The property was nice with courteous staff at the reception desk. Exceptionally comfortable beds, the room itself was reasonably spacious and impressive. The location was marvellous and brilliant, for example, Risco Belle Aquatic Gardens was at a short distance from the hotel.
The room was a little small, for me personally.

The restaurant was good with wonderful food and service here, I had excellent dishes. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the staff was attentive. The location was incredible, within walking distance of Gardens. The hotel was a good choice for enjoying a beautiful area. Loved this very nice stay during my holidays.
